Even if the citizen has natural immunity.
Even if the citizen has only risk and no benefit in doing so.
NC is not warning about the dangers of obesity.
The closest NC has come to telling the truth was in the HHS ad that stated 9 out of 10 hospitalizations were in people 50 and over. Yet they continue to push for child vaccinations.
