Big pharma must be sued, Covid injections are not vaccines, Fraud has been committed against the American people, Fraud vitiates everything
Despite the best Orwellian wordsmithing of the CDC, Covid injections are not vaccines. They are gene therapy.
Big Pharma, in conjunction with the government, has committed fraud against the public.
Fraud vitiates everything.
The Countermeasure Injury Compensation Program (CICP) is not applicable.
Surely there is a intrepid law firm out there that realizes it.

“'They Are Being Ignored by the System': Plaintiffs Attorneys Say Those Injured by COVID Vaccines Have Little Recourse
"The people that suffered injuries post-vaccination need to be compensated for it," personal injury attorney Michael L. Baum of Baum Hedlund Aristei & Goldman said. "They need medication, they need to be acknowledged for what they're going through and not just told that it's in their heads."
Plaintiffs attorneys have expressed concerns about the growing number of COVID-19 vaccine injury claimants who may be unable to receive compensation because of what the lawyers describe as an overloaded and underequipped government program.
As Politico reported in June, the Countermeasure Injury Compensation Program (CICP) received just 500 complaints between 2010 and 2020. But over the course of two years during the COVID-19 pandemic, the program received more than 8,000 complaints.
As of Aug. 1, the federal CICP had received 9,657 injury claims between 2020 and 2022—9,153 of which were related to COVID-19 vaccines. More than 6,000 allege injuries or deaths from the vaccine. The CICP has thus far not actually compensated a COVID claim, and has determined just one of them to be eligible for compensation. That claim is pending review.
The CICP was established through the federal Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) with the goal of compensating claimants alleging injuries caused by vaccine products.
But, according to Andrew Downing of Phoenix-based personal injury firm Downing, Allison & Jorgenson, the program was not designed to handle such a sudden influx of claims.
“The countermeasures program was never meant to handle a mass vaccination, ever,” Downing said. “It’s only staffed by a few people at Health and Human Services. Its intention was to create a compensation program for these extraordinarily rare events for a deployed countermeasure like the smallpox vaccination, or anthrax, or some true countermeasure that was deployed in a very small environment.””
“Downing argued that several key factors, including compensation for the claimants’ pain and suffering and attorney fees, are completely ignored under the program.
“There’s no judicial process, so you simply fill out paperwork and send it in to the countermeasures program, and it just goes into a black hole,” he said. “You launch this mass vaccination campaign without providing a remedy for victims.”
Meanwhile, the HRSA’s other program—the Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (VICP)—does not cover injuries related to COVID-19 vaccines.
And the Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness Act, or PREP Act, passed in March 2020, provided liability protections to manufacturers, distributors, states, localities, and licensed health care professionals who administer COVID-19 vaccinations.
COVID vaccine injury claimants are left with very few avenues to obtain representation and compensation, according to personal injury attorney Michael L. Baum of Baum Hedlund Aristei & Goldman in Los Angeles.
“They are being ignored by the system,” Baum said. “I think there was a lot of attention being placed on getting as many people vaccinated as possible, and acknowledging that there were serious adverse events related to getting vaccinated [for COVID] was seen as something that would create vaccine hesitancy. They were trying to prevent vaccine hesitancy by stating that there are no serious adverse events.””
